- Your order must consist of 10 pieces or more. Fewer than the minimum will incur a surcharge.
- Custom orders are not exchangeable or returnable.
- 5-8 week custom apparel design process from submission of this form to shipment (3 weeks from sketch approval.)
- 2-4 week custom flag design process from submission of this form to shipment.
- Initial design is free. Additional design work will be billed by the hour.
- A sample will not be created until a Purchase Agreement is completed.
- A sample will not be created for flags. If one is required additional time ane fees will apply.
- Credit card information is required before a sample is created.
