How do I get started?

First thing you will need to do to bring your vision to life is fill out the Custom Design Form.  A rendering of your design will be created and emailed to you.  You are encouraged to submit sample sketch and renderings to give our design team a better vision of your designs.  Templates for Costumes, Flags & Props can be found below.

Custom Design Costs

The first illustration of your costume design is free, based off your initial illustration and descriptions. If you are unsure of your look need our design team to create the perfect design for your production or need significant changes to the design created or change your theme/concept; additional design services are then billed at a fee of $50 per hour.  

A standard $65.00 pattern fee will apply for each seperate costume piece. Variations of the same style will incur individual pattern fees. (i.e. 4 versions of the basic design will be 4 charges of $65.00)


Digital Flags & Props carry a one time setup fee of $50 for print ready designs regardless of number of designs.  If you require our design team's assistance in the development of your graphics, an hourly rate of $50 per hour will apply.
